This is the consultation where we understand your financial needs and objectives and to explain the service we offer.
Collate information
To obtain all relevant details about you and your financial circumstances.
Identify your risk profile
Complete a risk assessment and capacity for loss to ascertain how much risk you are willing to take.
Prepare and analyse
Analyse current pensions, investments and protection plans against your objectives and risk level, then make recommendations.
The recommended course of action
Explain fully how the recommendations meet your needs.
Build and implement
Handle all administration, progress and issue documents in line with your expectations.
Review progress
Review your circumstances and confirm the continuing suitability of your current products and attitude to risk.
The services we provide
- We will provide ongoing financial advice, support, governance, and oversight on all your financial planning needs and arrangements for which we hold records.
- For pensions and investments, we will undertake regular due diligence on your chosen provider or investment manager and investment solution to ensure they remain appropriate.
- We will keep you updated regarding any changes in scheme design, tax and legislation or other relevant matters, and we will send you our bimonthly newsletter, which provides articles on a range of topical financial matters.
- We will maintain and update our client file with any information you provide and advise other parties of your revised details where appropriate. You can contact your financial adviser, who will assist you with any queries, guidance, or advice that you may need.
- You will also have access to the team of support staff who can provide assistance or information on any of your policies for which we hold records.
- We will liaise at your request with any other professional adviser.
- You will receive an annual meeting with your financial adviser to review your existing arrangements comprehensively.
This will include:
- Discussion of any changes in your personal circumstances, needs, aims, and objectives and aspirations.
- Review the suitability of your financial arrangements to include performance, asset allocation, charges, contributions, and sums assured.
- Reassessing your attitude to risk and capacity for loss.
- Reassessing your attitude to cost.
- The impact of any UK tax and legislative changes.
- Your Will and personal estate.
