When you reach out to us, we schedule an initial meeting at a location of convenience—our offices, your home, or your workplace.
This meeting serves two primary purposes:
- To determine if we can assist with your unique financial needs and objectives.
- To discuss the fees for our services, should you proceed with us,
This initial consultation is free of charge and entails no obligation from either party.
Transparency in Fees
Previously, financial advisers could be paid commissions based on a percentage of the premiums payable or sums invested. However, regulatory changes introduced as part of the Retail Distribution Review, effective from 31 December 2012, no longer permit this for investment-related products.
We will clearly explain the cost of our advice and agree on how you will pay for it. Our fees are usually calculated based on the time spent on the work and its complexity. Depending on the type of work, fees may be subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
Prior Notification of Charges
We believe in transparent and open communication. Therefore, we will discuss and agree on the fees before making any charges. You will always receive prior notification in writing.
